2. Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for items that:

Have been opened, used, or altered.

Missing original packaging or proof of purchase.

Are marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page, such items are clearly labelled in advance.
4. Return Process

5. Shipping & Return Fees

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Pre-paid return labels are not provided, unless we arrange it due to our fault.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

Expect processing within 7–10 business days.

If you reported a defect promptly, we may offer a replacement as an alternative.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items if:
