Refund policy

  • You may return unused items, with original tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of delivery.


2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours after delivery).

  • Buyer's remorse, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.


3. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for items that:

  • Have been opened, used, or altered.

  • Missing original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Are marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page, such items are clearly labelled in advance.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your proof of purchase. For defective/damaged items, please include clear video evidence from the unboxing process.

  3. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

  4. Please pack the item securely, including all original materials and components.


5. Shipping & Return Fees

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Pre-paid return labels are not provided, unless we arrange it due to our fault.


6. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

  • Expect processing within 7–10 business days.

  • If you reported a defect promptly, we may offer a replacement as an alternative.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items if:

  • You report the issue with video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
