  • We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to fulfill all orders.

  • Delivery timelines across Pakistan are typically 3–4 working days, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges

  • The Shipping charges are based on the size of products, currently there are two charges for small products the price is 199.00 Rs and for other items the price is 350 Rs

  • Free shipping: The free shipping is subjective to promotional items only

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll be provided with a tracking link or waybill number. Feel free to reach out via WhatsApp to obtain this information.

4. Responsibility & Risk

  • Risk passes to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping service. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that occur after dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for fraud or scams perpetrated by shipping services or delivery personnel. Always be vigilant.

5. Preventing Damaged Deliveries

To minimize the risk of damage in transit, we:

  • Use quality packaging materials (bubble wrap, foam, snug fillers) designed to protect your order.

  • Label packages as “Fragile” when applicable to encourage careful handling.

  • Continuously monitor shipping performance and collaborate with carriers for improvements when needed.

6. What To Do If There’s an Issue

If your delivery arrives damaged or is lost:

  1. Document the issue by taking clear photos or videos of both the packaging and the product immediately.

  2. Contact us promptly via WhatsApp or email with your order number and visual evidence.

  3. We will assist you by coordinating with the delivery partner or guiding you through the insurance claim process (if applicable). Please note we do not handle shipping claims directly.

A proactive approach helps both you and us resolve matters more smoothly.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International delivery, customs handling, and related duties are not currently supported.
